Recently I was learning a little about Lord Ganesha from someone else’s blog, it may have even been your blog 🙂 I don’t recall, I’m sorry. It was very enlightening to see what each body part represents spiritually and the message Ganesha conveys! I also love Elephants as a species and I was watching the Animal Channel and finding that Elephants are losing more and more of their natural habitats to human expansion/urbanization in India and certain African areas. I was saddened by that, I have always been fascinated by Elephants and found them gentle. Now Elephants storm villages, humans and greed will bring the worse out of any species….
